Ordering

Thank you for your interest in my original limited edition bears.

The easiest way to purchase my bears is from the web site. If you see
any bears you like then drop me a line I generally check my email daily.
If you have something else in mind let me know as I can cater to most
requirements.

My bears are collectible and not suitable as a child's toy. To make them
safe for children I can fit bears with safety eyes if requested.

I have photographed my bears to try to properly represent the true
colour however, due to photography and settings of some monitors
colours could vary slightly.

As a reward for multi purchases I am able to offer a 10% discount on a
third and subsequent purchases of bears.

All bears come with their own signed laminated certificate of
authenticity and swing label. Bears other than miniatures also have a sew
in label.

To make it easy for you payment options are varied, including Paypal,
Mastercard, Visa and Bankcard. If you wish to purchase one of my
bears then you ccan follow this procedure:

1) Email me to establish availability (this is important because of the
limited number in an edition.)

2) I will reserve a bear for you and advise you the cost.

3) Forward by mail a personal cheque (NZ only) or money order
(International) made out to Gosfield Enterprises.

4) If payment is to be made by Visa, Backcard or Mastercard I will
advise you of payment details by email.

5) Payment by Paypal can be made to Barbara@gosfield.co.nz.

6) I will send your bear to you once payment in confirmed.

7) New Zealand Post has automatic insurance of up to $250.00, however
if you want to pay for aditional insurance this can be arranged at the
approprate time.

All prices on the web site are stated in $NZ. A currency converter is
available for your use however as New Zealand has a floating dollar the
actual price will be determined at the time of the sale i.e. when payment
is made.
